Timber clad extension, garage conversion, new double car port & store,   internal remodeling & complete refurbishment, + landscaping
The ground floor underwent a major remodeling. The new design provides a larger kitchen with adjacent utility space and a timber clad studio adjacent to the living room. The existing integral garage was converted to provide a new study and ground floor cloakroom. A new en-suite bathroom was added to the first floor master bedroom.
