1930 semi detached property. The brief was for a modern exciting use of
space with plenty of natural light and the provision of an inside /
outside area for the rear south facing garden. Ground floor remodeling
includes a shower room, utility, extended kitchen, dining and family
space. First floor includes a new master bedroom, extended family
bathroom and a new study in the loft space. Planning permission was
granted and the project is now at building regulations stage.
