Creation of a new house by dividing an existing house into two
This large detached house had been extended over the years to provide very spacious accommodation with a swimming pool housed in one wing. Now that the owners needs have changed the brief was to divide the house into two separate dwellings to create a new modern 3 bedroom family home. This involved the design of new entrances, internal remodeling and the conversion of the existing pool and boiler room. The external appearance has been improved with more barn style appearance to suit its countryside location with the design of a complimentary new garage. This project is currently awaiting planning approval.
