Creation of a new house by dividing an existing house -3d visualisation
This large detached house had been extended over the years to provide very spacious accommodation with a swimming pool housed in one wing. Now that the owners needs have changed the brief was to divide the house into two separate dwellings to create a new modern 3 bedroom family home. The brief was for an exciting contemporary space and involved the design and internal remodeling / conversion of the existing pool and boiler room. The project is currently awaiting planning approval.  - Interior 3d visualisation
