| This detached house set on a sloping site
required an extra bedroom and an extended kitchen / dining, family
area and a home office / study. The proposal provides a much improved elevation and allows for stunning
framed views
over the countryside. The house is remodeled internally to suite the needs of a growing family and provides
much better access to the
extended basement level and family room below. The design enables the
home to connect with its lovely setting via a new deck and a split level
terrace that leads down to the garden. Through careful consultation with
the local planning authority permission has been granted and the project
is due to start onsite next year. |
