The dining room on the ground floor is extended to incorporate a seating area with two new sets of glazed folding sliding doors that connect the room with the garden space. On the first floor is an extended bedroom with new fitted wardrobes and a new on-suite bathroom. The project gained planning approval on its first submission after careful pre application consultation with the planning officers in what might have been a difficult proposal due to the probable over looking issues on a tight site.
