| Single storey extension and house remodeling |

This home had a lovely rear garden but the house was not making
the best of it. A single storey extension to the rear with a range of full
height doors enabled the ground floor to be completely remodeled with a new
kitchen, utility space, dining room, study and extended living room. The
transformation is amazing and the house now feels light and spacious taking full
advantage of its southerly facing garden views. A glazed canopy and a new dwarf
wall create a sheltered space for alfresco dining.
