This large detached house originally
built circa 1985 required an extensive external makeover to bring it up
to date. The external makeover includes part rendering of the existing
brick walls, new timber cladding and the installation of two new feature
gable windows. Internally the existing double garage is converted to a
double height vaulted roof space to accommodate a new personal gym, spa
and family games room. The remodeling also includes a one bedroom ground
floor 'granny annex' with a first floor study above. This fantastic
makeover currently awaits planning approval. |
